How do I return an item?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with the products we carry. We take pride in carrying quality products for our customers.  On returns/exchanges we will refund the cost of the item returned less our shipping, handling and order processing costs. It is necessary to get an authorization number before returning an item. It helps us keep track of your incoming package.  Special orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All return items must be in their original condition (i.e., scopes cannot be mounted) and include all original items including their manufacturers box and all related documentation.   We routinely call or email to verify some online orders so please enter a second telephone number (if you have one) so that we can process your order as quickly as possible.    If we call to verify your order we will be calling from a 925-825-Number, so if you see that number that is us calling to finalize your order
